We read every message.
Contact us
Email support@uselexica.com and we will get back to you, usually within two working days.
It helps if you include what you were doing when the problem happened, and either your iOS version and the app version (Profile, at the bottom of the screen) or, on the web, your browser.
Common questions
How do I cancel Lexica Pro?
It depends on where you bought it. Either way, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- On the iPhone: Apple manages the subscription. On your device open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose Lexica, and cancel there. Deleting the app or your Lexica account does not cancel it.
- On the web: in the web app open Profile → Billing → Manage billing and cancel there, or manage your order at link.com.
I paid but Pro is not unlocked
On the iPhone: open Profile and tap Restore Purchases. If that does not work, make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that made the purchase, then email us.
On the web: after paying, Billing shows "Activating Lexica Pro…" for a few seconds. If it stays there, reload the page, and check that you are signed in to the same Lexica account you bought Pro with. If Pro still does not appear, email us from the address on your receipt.
How do I get a refund?
Bought on the iPhone: refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue them ourselves.
Bought on the web: email support@uselexica.com from the address on your receipt, or contact Link support at link.com. Within 14 days of buying, we refund a web purchase in full, wherever you live, as the Terms of Service explain.
How do I delete my account and my data?
On the iPhone: Profile → Delete Account. On the web: Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes your decks, cards, tags, review history, settings and pronunciation audio, along with your account itself. It cannot be undone, and we cannot recover it for you afterwards.
Deleting your account cancels a Pro subscription bought on the web, and ends a lifetime purchase. A subscription bought on the iPhone has to be cancelled in your device's Settings.
I signed in on another device and my cards are missing
Your library is tied to the Lexica account you signed in to, with Apple or Google. Check under Profile that the other device or browser is signed in to the same account, and that it has a working network connection — Lexica reads from an offline cache once it has synced, but a device that has never been online cannot download a library it has not seen yet. If the library is still empty after a minute on a connection, tell us.
A translation or pronunciation looks wrong
Cards are generated by an AI model and it does get things wrong, particularly with idioms, rare words and regional pronunciation. Every field is editable: tap the card, correct it, and save. If you see a consistent pattern of bad output for a particular language, tell us — that is useful.
Does Lexica work offline?
No. Your cards are stored on our servers so they can sync between your iPhone and the web, and creating, editing, reviewing and generating all need a connection.
Which languages are supported?
You can study any of the languages offered in the app's language picker. Card generation quality varies by language: widely-taught languages tend to produce better results than less common ones.
How do I connect Lexica to my AI assistant?
With Lexica Pro, add the connector address https://api.uselexica.com/mcp to Claude, ChatGPT or another app that supports MCP connectors, and sign in the way you do in Lexica. The setup page walks you through each assistant. Lexica is also listed on Smithery.
Privacy and terms
Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what data Lexica stores, what is sent to the AI service, and how to get rid of it. The Terms of Service cover subscriptions, your content and the limits of what the app promises, and the legal notice says who publishes Lexica.
